Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned pieces must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Request Authorization

Access your order history through your personal account or the guest portal to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within the 14-day window.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in the original shipping box and ensure the Return Proforma Invoice is clearly attached to the outside of the package for customs clearance.

Schedule Collection

Contact our designated courier service to arrange a complimentary pick-up at your convenience or drop off the package at an authorized shipping point.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our atelier receives and verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
